Cancellation policy
IMPORTANT NOTE: The name on the appointment scheduler must match the name of the person receiving the massage services.
- A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. For any reason, if you are unable to give us 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 100 percent of your scheduled appointment rate.
- Anyone who either forgets or no shows will be charged in full for their missed appointment. Same day cancellations within two hours are subject to a 100% charge.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged for your full appointment time that you reserved. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to serving you!
***Minors, anyone who is not 18 years old, can get massages ONLY with parent or legal guardian in the room. They must be present during the entire time the minor is getting a massage.
